Connect your chat AI (MCP) Recommended
Register one URL as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT, sign in with Apple, and you're connected — no token copying, no re-issuing (the connection renews itself). Search, logging, edits, exercise, weight, favorites, ratings, budgets and set suggestions — the app's core features, from chat.

A linked Kalori account is required. Catalog search is available without a purchase. Personal-record features are available with the linked account's Premium access or during the integration trial. The trial lasts seven consecutive days from the first eligible operation.

A REST API for environments without MCP — curl, your own scripts, custom agents. Catalog search, meal logging and set suggestions that fit your remaining PFC, with the same quotas as MCP. Free is a taste; full usage is included in the app's monthly plan.

Issue a token in the app
In the kalori app, go to My Page → 'External AI' to issue a temporary token. Free gives you a 15-minute, single token to try it out; the app's monthly plan lets you choose 1–24 hours and up to 5 tokens.

Allow the domain in your AI
In Claude or ChatGPT settings, add *.kalori.jp to the allowed domains once.

Paste the token and call
Send the ext_ token in the Authorization header. GET /help returns the full spec, so your AI can learn the API just by reading it.
